Support
Ask before you buy, not after.
If you are choosing for a parent or a partner and want a second opinion, that is exactly the message we would rather get.
Or email [email protected] directly.
We answer within one working day. We are not clinicians and we will not pretend to be: anything touching a medication, a diagnosis or a fitting goes to a pharmacist or your doctor, and we will say so.

Common questions
Who actually ships my order?
The manufacturer does. Silvera selects the range and writes the pages; when you click a buy button you are handed to the manufacturer's own store, which takes payment and ships the order. Silvera earns a commission and the price is the same either way. Full disclosure.
What is the guarantee, exactly?
90 days, and it survives you opening the product and taking it. A guarantee that only applies to a sealed box is not a guarantee, it is a returns policy. Because the manufacturer processes the order, they process the refund: contact them first, and tell us if that does not go smoothly, because it affects whether we keep listing a product.
Why are there no reviews or star ratings?
Because we have not collected any. Every review, rating, customer count and award badge on the internet is either real or invented, and we would rather have an obviously empty space than a fabricated one. When there are real reviews they will appear, attributed.
Why does every product page say what it is bad at?
Because we earn a commission, which is a standing pull toward recommending the expensive option. Publishing the limits is the cheapest available counterweight, and it is also just how a useful shop behaves.
Can you tell me what to take?
We can tell you what each product does and who it does not suit, and the finder will make a recommendation. We cannot tell you what is right for your body. We are not clinicians and we will not act like ones: anything involving a medication, a diagnosis or a fitting goes to a pharmacist or a doctor.
Which products have you actually verified?
Every product page carries the date its specifications were verified and where each number came from: manufacturer or retailer. Where we have not sourced a figure the page says pending verification rather than showing a plausible guess, because on mobility equipment a wrong weight capacity is a safety problem rather than a typo. Categories still being worked through are labelled reviewing instead of naming a product we have not checked. How we choose.
Do you sell my data?
No. There is no account to create, the finder does not ask for your email and does not store your answers, and there is no advertising pixel on this site. Privacy.
Is any of this medical advice?
No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If fit, an existing condition, a medication or a fall risk is part of your question, that is a conversation for a qualified professional.
