Shipping and delivery

Silvera does not ship the daily range. The manufacturer does, and their terms govern your order.

What that means in practice

• Your order is placed on the manufacturer's store, not on this site.
• Shipping cost, delivery estimate and tracking are shown at their checkout and sent to you by them.
• Orders ship from a facility in the United States.
• Delivery questions, address changes and missing parcels go to them first, because they are the only party who can see your order.

We deliberately do not publish a shipping time or a free-shipping threshold here. Repeating a figure we do not control is how sites end up promising something that is no longer true.

When the mobility range opens

Mobility equipment will not work this way. Freight, white-glove delivery, assembly and delivery appointments will be handled per product and stated on each product page, because a folding cane and a powered chair cannot share a shipping rule.

If a delivery has gone wrong and you are not getting anywhere, tell us. We cannot access your order, and we can stop listing a product that keeps producing the same problem.
