Privacy

The short version

This site has no accounts, no shopping cart, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. There is very little to collect and we do not sell any of it.

What is collected

• Which pages and buttons get used. When you click a main call to action or an outbound product link, we record the action, the page, the product and whether you are on a phone or a computer. No cookies are set for this, and no individual is identified.
• A per-visit id. A random string held only for the length of your visit, so a click can be joined to the assessment it came from. It is discarded when you close the tab and it identifies nobody.
• Your assessment answers. The four choices you make and the recommendation you were given. Stored without your name unless you choose to give it.
• Email, if you send us one. Kept so we can answer, and used for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list; there is no mailing list.
• Contact details, only if you tick the box. At the end of the assessment you can ask us to check in later. That is the only thing we do with it: one message, about six months on, asking what has changed. It is never sold, never passed on, and the assessment result is shown whether or not you fill it in.

What is not collected

• Payment details. Silvera never handles payment; that happens on the manufacturer's own store under their privacy policy.
• Health information. We do not ask for it and you should not send it.
• Your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, or any device fingerprint. None of it is recorded.
• The page you arrived from. We keep only the site name, never the full address, so a search you typed cannot be handed to us inside a link.

When you leave this site

Buy buttons take you to the manufacturer's store. From that point their privacy policy applies, not ours. The link carries a referral code identifying Silvera as the source of the visit; it does not identify you.
